With just their closest loved ones surrounding them, Danielle and Andrew celebrated their marriage in Ravello with a day that felt effortlessly elegant and deeply personal.
The morning began at Palazzo Avino, where the bridal party gathered for a relaxed getting-ready experience.
The bride’s final preparations were captured in the intimate atmosphere of the suite, from her beauty details to the moment her dress was buttoned and her bouquet was placed in her hands. The groom was photographed separately as he completed his preparations, surrounded by his family and toasting with his closest friends.
Before the ceremony, the couple shared a first look, allowing for a quiet moment together away from their guests.
The ceremony was designed to make the most of the sea views, with intimate rows of chairs facing the horizon and delicate floral arrangements framing the setting. Two urn arrangements on pedestals and lush floral bushes behind the chairs created a romantic garden atmosphere, while the Amalfi landscape provided a breathtaking natural backdrop.
Music played an important role throughout the ceremony, with songs like That’s Amore and ’O Sole Mio, creating a timeless and unmistakably Italian moment. The rite concluded with the lively sounds of the Neapolitan Tarantella, bringing a joyful energy to the couple’s first moments as newlyweds.
Cocktail hour unfolded with live violin and keyboard music and a selection of Italian-inspired cocktails and delicacies. Guests enjoyed the iconic Iris and Infinito cocktails alongside tempura courgette flowers filled with ricotta, veal balls in Neapolitan ragù, ricotta and lemon bignè, Neapolitan fried pizza and a selection of creative vegetarian and seafood bites.
While guests enjoyed the cocktail hour, the couple took a moment to explore the nearby surroundings together, posing for portraits with a vintage Vespa. The photographs captured a more playful side of the celebration, with picturesque corners of Ravello and the timeless Italian character of the Vespa.
Back at Palazzo Avino, dinner was set around one long table on the rooftop, one of the highest point of Ravello, with a jawdropping view on the sea and mountains.
The intimate dinner celebrated the flavors of Campania, beginning with veal loin carpaccio with Provolone del Monaco sauce, puffed corn and rocket sprouts. This was followed by citrus risotto with red snapper and wild fennel, and then beef cheek glazed with creamy potatoes and grilled leek. Each course was paired with carefully selected Italian wines, creating an elegant and distinctly local dining experience.
For dessert, the couple chose a rectangular millefeuille cake filled with Chantilly cream and wild strawberries, accompanied by an assortment of small Neapolitan pastries served at the center of the table.
The evening became even more personal during the cake cutting, first dance and dances with parents. These quieter moments brought the focus back to what had made the day so meaningful from the beginning: family, intimacy and the joy of celebrating surrounded by the people who mattered most.
