Nestled among the hills of Furore with sweeping views of the Amalfi Coast, Sonia and Carmine’s wedding was a heartfelt celebration that blended timeless elegance, family traditions and the authentic flavors of Southern Italy.
The design drew inspiration from the classic beauty of French Toile de Jouy, reinterpreted through a fresh Mediterranean palette of soft blues, ivory, lavender and delicate garden florals. Blue patterned linens, embroidered place cards, gold flatware, colored crystal glassware and abundant floral arrangements created an atmosphere that felt refined yet welcoming, perfectly complementing the rustic elegance of the venue.
Guests were welcomed into a beautifully styled ceremony garden where every detail had been carefully considered. A floral-adorned mirror greeted arrivals. Hand fans, petal cones, confetti bags and reserved seating cards added thoughtful touches that enhanced both the guest experience and the overall aesthetic.
The symbolic ceremony unfolded beneath the trees, accompanied by the delicate sounds of violin and cello. One of the most emotional moments came as Sonia walked down the aisle escorted by her older brother, while Carmine entered with his mother, honoring the people who had supported them throughout their journey. The ceremony was filled with meaningful music, heartfelt vows and personal rituals that reflected the couple’s story.
Following the ceremony, guests enjoyed an extraordinary aperitivo showcasing the culinary traditions of Campania. Stations overflowing with local specialties, fresh seafood, handmade cheeses and live cooking experiences transformed cocktail hour into a true gastronomic journey. From traditional Agerolese delicacies to freshly prepared buffalo mozzarella and caciocavallo, every bite celebrated the region’s rich food culture.
While guests mingled and enjoyed the entertainment, Sonia and Carmine escaped for a portrait session among some of the most breathtaking panoramic viewpoints of the Amalfi Coast. Surrounded by dramatic cliffs, mountain landscapes and endless sea views, these moments provided a quiet pause within the excitement of the day and created some of the most spectacular images of the celebration.
As sunset approached, guests were invited to take their seats at an extraordinary reception table under a bloomy pergola. Long runners, hanging candles, hundreds of candlelights and lush floral centerpieces transformed the dining space into a romantic garden setting. The combination of elegant details and warm candlelight created an atmosphere that felt intimate despite the large number of guests.
After dinner, the atmosphere became even more lively as Sonia and Carmine invited their guests to join in a series of fun and spontaneous wedding games. Laughter filled the evening as friends and family took part in playful challenges and traditions designed to bring everyone together. The celebration culminated in two timeless wedding moments: the bouquet toss and the garter toss, with guests enthusiastically gathering to catch them.
The celebration concluded with a spectacular cake cutting accompanied by a prosecco tower, sparkling fountains and a live confetti station. Set to the romantic notes of Say Yes to Heaven, the moment perfectly captured the mood of the day: elegant, emotional and deeply personal. Guests were then invited to take home bouquets created from the wedding flowers at the “Flower Bar”, allowing the beauty of the celebration to continue long after the final toast.
