Gardenesque mini wedding at Marincanto Hotel in Positano

Say ciao to the usual English wedding and let’s go to the Amalfi Coast!

Jacqueline and Richard are a beautiful mixed couple from Great Britain who did not let the pandemic stop their love and finally crowned their dream of an Italian destination wedding last summer in Positano, in the charming Marincanto Hotel, with the help of the Amalfi Soirée team.

On the rooftop terrace and with a breathtaking view of the sea and the bay of the pastel-colored town, the two lovers exchanged their vows, surrounded by the engaging enthusiasm of their friends, who flew to Italy for an unforgettable weekend of celebration.

This mini wedding in shades of peach and yellow wasn inspired by the natural beauty of the place, which took shape in elegant floral compositions of garden roses, dahlias, cosmos and lysiantus made by Rosalinda Flowers Weddings Lab.

For the imperial table set up on the private terrace of the bridal suite, Monica from Amalfi Soirée created an exclusive design that evoched the effect of a flowery lawn, then masterfully produced by the Positanese florists.

For a graceful yet sensual look, the bride wore a mermaid gown with a train, floral lace decorations and strapless sweetheart neckline. A light make-up and a hairstyle of soft waves highlighted Jacqueline’s beautiful oriental features. Richard wore a dark blue suit with a classic but gritty double-breasted jacket.

Sergio Sorrentino, Fine Art destination wedding photographer, accompanied the young couple during the wedding day, culminated in a pleasant walk on the beach at sunset, and capturing their loving gazes in intimate, authentic and joyful images.
