Their day unfolded between two extraordinary locations on the Amalfi Coast, where ancient ruins and the Mediterranean Sea came together in a celebration that felt both timeless and alive.
The ceremony took place at the Basilica di Sant’Eustachio in Scala, a medieval hilltop village overlooking Ravello. Surrounded by centuries-old stone walls and the remains of a once-grand cathedral, the setting carried a quiet sense of permanence. The ruins became more than a backdrop; they framed the ceremony with the romance of history, where every arch and weathered stone seemed to echo generations of love stories before theirs.
Inspired by the elegance of the Old World, the floral design embraced a softer, more whimsical interpretation of Italian romance. Delicate blooms, organic textures, and refined details complemented the architecture without competing with it, allowing the beauty of the setting to remain the true protagonist.
After the ceremony, the celebration moved to Torre Normanna, a 13th-century seaside watchtower dramatically perched above the water. The atmosphere shifted from sacred and intimate to joyful and unmistakably Italian. Guests gathered for an evening filled with exceptional local cuisine and dancing that continued long after midnight.
